To Use MiddConn@HOME
You need either Netscape Navigator 7.0 (or higher) or Microsoft Explorer 5.0 (or higher).  These browsers use data encryption for security.  MiddConn@HOME supports both 40-bit and 128-bit "strong" encryption – the strongest protect available today.  Both Navigator and Explorer offer these levels.
